General terms and conditions

ENROLLMENT

To fully enroll in any of the courses, the participant must complete and send by email, post or deliver in person to the administration of Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. our enrollment form together with a photocopy of their passport or other identity document. The person responsible for the procedure will confirm the enrollment, reserve the course and indicate the total amount of the program. The participant must then pay the full amount of the program.

PAYMENT

Full payment for the program must be made in euros at least 4 weeks before the course begins by bank transfer to the corresponding bank account:

The transfer must clearly indicate the students full first name and surname to facilitate identification. All bank charges are borne by the student. Once payment has been made, the student must provide a copy of the transfer by email to info@areaife.com or deliver it in person at our offices at C. Encrucijada, 15, 18200 Maracena, Granada.

For extensive courses paid monthly, payment must be made within the first 5 days of the month.

For intensive courses, payment must be made at least 4 weeks in advance or, for students previously enrolled, on the last Friday before the following week begins.

PRICES

Prices include the selected course and general information about the institution, as well as the attendance/achievement certificate and some of the free activities we offer. Prices include all taxes and, where they are not included, this will be clearly indicated. Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. reserves the right to modify prices on specific occasions and for specific reasons, which will be communicated to the student.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations will only be effective if communicated before the start of the program and will involve a cancellation charge of 400 EUR. In any case, participants who communicate cancellation before the start of the course may reserve it and join another course within a maximum period of one year. Only cancellations notified in writing will be accepted.

If Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. cancels the contracted training for any reason, including force majeure, it will notify enrolled students and refund the total amount received from them within 15 days from notification of cancellation.

If a student cancels attendance at the contracted training by notifying Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad and this cancellation is due to force majeure, the center will refund the total amount received within 15 days.

The student must justify in the notification sent the force majeure reasons why they state that they cannot complete the training.

All courses require a minimum of 7 participants and a maximum of 15. Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. reserves the right to cancel the course or change its schedule, reducing the number of hours if the number of students is lower.

WITHDRAWAL

If a student withdraws from the program once it has started, they will not be entitled to a refund of any payments previously made.

MISSED CLASSES

Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. is not responsible for classes that the student is unable to attend. In the event of missed classes due to illness or force majeure lasting more than one week, the student may recover them by participating in other similar courses, provided that the circumstance is justified. Our institution remains closed on national and local public holidays and during the Christmas and Easter holidays. The student will not be entitled to recover classes missed for this reason. Alternative extra-academic activities may be scheduled. Individual classes may be recovered. The price of the extensive course is monthly and no discount will be applied if the student decides not to attend classes on some days.

CHANGES

Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. is obliged to comply with the specified conditions.

MINORS

The activities organized by our institution are mainly aimed at people over 18 years of age. However, minors who participate in any of the programs will do so with the authorization of their parents or guardians, who accept that the organization is responsible for determining the schedules, activities and discipline to which they will be subject.

DISCIPLINE

Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. reserves the right to request that a participant leave the program for disciplinary reasons. This extreme measure will result in the loss of the amounts paid by the participant. Students must follow the instructions given by the organization and respect teachers, monitors and classmates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our institution is not responsible for loss of time not attributable to the teaching center, loss of money or other possessions affecting the participant during the program.

DISABILITY

Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. accepts applications from students with disabilities. Our facilities are fully accessible.

PRIVACY POLICY

In compliance with current data protection regulations, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L., as controller, will include the information you provide in its student processing database for the proper academic and administrative management of your studies. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction of processing, you may contact info@areaife.com or C. Encrucijada, 15, 18200 Maracena, Granada.

The student has the right to withdraw from the contracted course within 14 days after contracting it by notification to info@areaife.com, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Exercising the right of withdrawal will not involve any cost for the user.

The consumers right to terminate the contract entered into is known as the right of withdrawal. Exercising this right involves notifying the other contracting party within the established period, without the need to justify the decision and without any penalty, with any contractual clauses imposing a penalty on the consumer for exercising this right being null and void.

Once the student notifies withdrawal, Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad will refund the amounts received from the student within a period not exceeding 7 days.
