REGISTRATION
To complete enrollment in any of the courses, the participant must fill out and submit our registration form via email, mail, or deliver it in person to the administration of Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L., along with a photocopy of their passport or another form of identification.
The responsible staff member will confirm the registration, reserve the course, and indicate the total cost of the program. The participant must then proceed to pay the full amount of the program.

PAYMENT
The full program fee must be paid in euros at least 4 weeks before the course starts via bank transfer to the following account:

Beneficiary: Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L.

The bank transfer must clearly indicate the full name of the student to facilitate identification. All bank fees are to be covered by the student.
Once the payment is made, the student must send a copy of the transfer via email to informacion@areaife.com or deliver it in person at our offices at Calle Encrucijada 15.

For extensive courses with monthly payments, the payment must be made within the first 5 days of the month.

For intensive courses, the payment must be made at least 4 weeks in advance, or for previously enrolled students, by the last Friday before the start of the next week.

PRICES
The prices include the selected course, general information about the institution, as well as the attendance/achievement certificate and some of the free activities we offer.
All prices include taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. reserves the right to modify prices in specific cases due to special circumstances, which will be communicated to the student.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations will only be accepted if they are communicated before the start of the program and will incur a cancellation fee of €400.
In any case, participants who cancel before the course begins may reschedule their enrollment and join another course within a maximum period of one year.
Only written cancellation requests will be accepted.

If Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. cancels the training for any reason, including force majeure, it will notify enrolled students and refund the total amount paid within 15 days of the cancellation notice.

If a student cancels their enrollment due to force majeure and notifies Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L., the institution will refund the full amount received within 15 days of the cancellation request.

The student must justify in writing the force majeure reasons that prevent them from attending the course.

All courses require a minimum of 7 participants (and a maximum of 15). Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. reserves the right to cancel a course or change its schedule by reducing the number of hours if the number of students is below the minimum required.

WITHDRAWAL
If a student withdraws from the program after it has started, no refund will be granted.

MISSED CLASSES
Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. is not responsible for classes missed by the student.
In cases of absences due to illness or force majeure lasting more than a week, the student may make up for the missed classes by attending other similar courses, provided they provide proper justification.

Our institution remains closed on national and local public holidays, as well as during Christmas and Easter holidays. Students will not be entitled to recover classes missed due to these holidays, but alternative academic activities may be scheduled.

Private lessons can be rescheduled.
For monthly extensive courses, no discount will be applied if the student decides not to attend certain classes.

CHANGES
Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. is committed to complying with the specified conditions.

MINORS
The activities organized by our institution are primarily intended for students over 18 years of age. However, minors may participate in the programs with parental authorization, and their parents or legal guardians assume responsibility for ensuring compliance with schedules, activities, and discipline established by the organization.

DISCIPLINE
Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. reserves the right to exclude any participant due to a lack of discipline.
This extreme measure will result in the loss of any fees paid by the student.
Students must follow the organization’s instructions and respect teachers, instructors, and classmates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Our institution is not responsible for any loss of time beyond its control, nor for loss of money or personal belongings affecting the participant during the program.

DISABILITY
Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. accepts applications from students with disabilities.
Our facilities are fully accessible.

PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with current data protection regulations, including LOPD (ESP) 3/2018 and GDPR (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L., as the data controller, will include the information you provide in its student database for proper academic and administrative management of your studies.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, and restriction of processing, you may contact informacion@areaife.com or visit Calle Encrucijada 15.

The student has the right to withdraw from the contracted course within 14 days after signing the contract, by notifying info@areaife.com, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Exercising the right of withdrawal will not incur any costs for the student.
The consumer has the right to terminate the contract without justification and without penalty within the designated period. Any clause imposing a penalty for exercising this right will be considered null and void.

Once the student notifies their withdrawal, Iniciativas Formativas y Empleabilidad S.L. will refund the amounts received within no more than 7 days.
